The first point we integrate sustainability into our lives is our material choices. We always use environmentally friendly fibers, accessories and materials in our products and continue our R&D studies to always make more ecological choices. We progress from design to production by thinking about our world and aim to create the best products for the ecosystem and ensure that our products are used for several life cycles.

FABRICS AND ACCESSORIES CHOICES

We attach great importance to the fabric supply, which is the first stage of our production, and use certified fabrics. We use organic cotton, recycled polyester fabrics. We also make organic choices in our accessories; all of our materials, such as our buttons, leather products, etc., are produced from natural and eco-friendly content.

DESIGNS

Our design team creates all its designs with great care to serve the sustainable ethical consumption awareness that forms the basis of our brand awareness.

PRODUCTION

The energy sources used in our production facility are supported by renewable energy. We support the ecosystem in our production area with solar panels that provide electricity for 100% of our production volume, sensor lighting and water systems throughout our factory, renewed technological devices that provide energy saving, an air conditioning system that provides energy saving and many of our applications.

We keep the stock numbers of our products at ideal levels according to our sales volume and minimize excess and unnecessary production.

The excess fabrics, yarns and accessories used in the production area are evaluated in areas where they can be used directly, and the part separated as waste after the evaluation processes is sent to recycling.

PACKING

We ensure that our clothes continue their journey sustainably after they are produced. We are aware of the effects of packaging on nature as much as production. We package our products in raw cloth bags, pouches, or kraft packages obtained from recycling, so they can continue their journey with you.

In order to minimize carbon emissions, we deliver our cargoes in bulk on a daily basis instead of delivering them piecemeal.

EMPLOYEE CONSCIOUSNESS

In our business and kitchen, we separate the excess of our food for animal consumption and compost organic waste. We avoid using plastic materials as much as possible in our cafeteria and separate the plastic materials used at a minimum level for recycling.

BUSINESS SOCIAL COMPLIANCE INITIATIVE

THE BSCI

BSCI system (Business Social Compliance Initiative) is a special system designed by the Foreign Trade Union. While designing this system, the work and worker safety standards prepared by the International Labor Organization (ILO) were taken as basis. Its aim is to encourage the continuous improvement of the social performance of the enterprises in the supply chain. In this way, it is to support sustainable working conditions worldwide.

GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD

GOTS

The purpose of this standard is to set requirements that guarantee the organic status of textile products, from the harvesting of raw materials to the production and certification of environmental and social sensitivity, which can be reassured to the end consumer. Bielemeier GOTS is used for products containing at least 70% organic natural fibers. All production stages, from the processing process to the final retailer of the trade, must be certified.

ORGANIC BLENDED CONTENT STANDARD

OCS

OCS is based on third-party verification of whether the final product contains the correct amount of organically grown ingredients. OCS allows for the independent assessment and verification of organic content claims on products in a transparent, consistent and comprehensive manner.

OCS covers the processing, production, packaging, labeling, marketing and distribution of a product containing at least 5% certified "organic" ingredients. This standard can be used as a business-to-business tool to help companies ensure that they are selling quality products and getting what they paid for.

BETTER COTTON INITIATIVE

THE BCI

BCI, an international non-profit organization, is the world's largest cotton sustainability program. BCI is a multi-stakeholder, international initiative that aims to reduce the negative environmental and social impacts of cotton production and make the future of the industry safer by bringing together stakeholders from producers to retailers.

OEKO-TEX

STANDARD 100 is a globally standardized, independent testing and certification system for raw materials, intermediate products, and finished textile products at all stages of production, as well as accessories. Only finished products that have been tested for harmful substances can be offered for sale on the market with the STANDARD 100 label.

The certificate serves as proof of delivery conditions required in the B2B sector. According to STANDARD 100, harmful substance tests take into account important legal regulations, a large number of chemicals that are not yet legally regulated but are risky to health, as well as various parameters related to healthcare.
