RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY
1. Returns
- 1.1 ELIGIBILITY
Little Gusto accepts returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- 1.2 INITIATING A RETURN
Customers must contact our customer service team at support@littlegusto.com.auto initiate a return. Please provide the order number, item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
- 1.3 RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
- 1.4 REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.
2. Exchanges
- 2.1 ELIGIBILITY
Little Gusto accepts exchanges within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- 2.2 INITIATING AN EXCHANGE
Customers must contact our customer service team at support@littlegusto.com.au to initiate an exchange. Please provide the order number, item(s) for exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- 2.3 EXCHANGE SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for exchanged items unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the exchanged item.
- 2.4 EXCHANGE PROCESS
Once the exchanged item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer of the completion of the exchange. If there is a price difference between the original and exchanged items, the customer will either be refunded the difference or billed for the additional amount.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If the item received is damaged or defective, customers must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on returning the damaged or defective item and will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
